1. USE THE STEVE MILLER WEIGHT LOSS ‘PAST IS PAST’ PROTOCOL
Past events certainly can play a part in f**king our heads up when it comes to weight loss. You see, years ago you may have eaten for comfort because of negative experiences, and of course that conditioned behaviour may well have stuck somewhat. But the reality is that by holding on to past events, you are only doing yourself harm. I want to encourage you to draw a line. Let it go. You don’t need years of psychotherapy to do that. Trigger an emotional state of positivity as you agree right now to draw a line and let go of negative past events. Imagine right now cutting the cord that kept you attached to the crap of the past. Mentally allow that release to take place, right now.
