During a session of hypnotherapy the client is always in control. No-one can be forced to do anything against their will and you are free to move around.
The hypnotherapy plan
The hypnotherapist will develop a plan for you based on your presenting condition. Clients normally attend between three and six sessions of hypnotherapy. The first session normally includes a discussion about your problem and how the hypnotherapy and coaching will support achieve your goal. A good hypnotherapist will also teach you self hypnosis.
